Chata's Retail Training Seminars have been designed to empower staff with the knowledge to increase sales.

These seminars are specifically aimed at all staff members dealing with customers, display managers, fashion & style consultants, head office buyers and merchandisers.

Chata's seminars are practical, easy to follow and the results are of long-term benefits to the company, its employees and customers.

The Options

  • 1-day: Silver Level
    The 1-day seminar is best suited for staff members that require general knowledge.

  • 3-day: Gold level
    The 3-day seminar is best suited for staff members who will assist customers with purchases and increased sales, but do not conduct the actual analysis / consultation.

  • 5-day: Diamond level
    The 5-day seminar is best suited for senior store staff, head office, visual display managers and style consultants who will be conducting customer consultations / evaluations, wardrobe building solutions, in-store workshops, promotions, etc.

Assessments will be made on an individual basis, and will include exams, projects and store visits. Seminars are approximately 70% practical and 30% theory - delegates will conduct individual consultations and other related activities, depending on the length of seminar.

To qualify for a Chata Romano Image Certificate delegates are required to:

  • Attend the full 5-day Retail Training Seminar

  • Write and pass various projects successfully
