MEDIUM SKIN TONE

Golden, sun-kissed or rosy (ruddy) skin tone.

A typical Medium has an overall sun-kissed golden skin tone or an overall rosy (sometimes ruddy) skin tone. Golden skin tones will tan either very well, or they will tan eventually. A Medium with a very rosy skin tone won’t tan, but you are still not pale enough to be a Soft. Compare Julia Roberts to Renée Zellweger for example: Julia is golden enough to be a Medium; Renée is not.
